Corporate social responsibility has become a hot business topic in recent years and many well-known business people have expressed their support for it. Implementation CSR to the business is important because that making active contribution from the community as part of the stakeholder. So far it can’t be denied that there are gaps in knowledge about CSR among companies with stakeholders such as NGOs and the public, with socialization and education, the community"s ability to assess the implementation of the CSR commitment of the company will increase. One way is to strengthen the role of the triangle, governments, businesses and communities to achieve optimal results.
CSR policy functions as a built-in, self-regulating mechanism whereby a business monitors and ensures its active compliance with the spirit of the law, ethical standards, and international norms. CSR is a process with the aim to embrace responsibility for the company"s actions and encourage a positive impact through its activities on the environment, consumers, employees, communities, stakeholders and all other members of the public sphere who may also be considered as stakeholders.
